Courtney is hands-down the best in the business, because she specializes in achieving the fastest transaction at the best price for you. Isn't that what you're looking for? Her team is detailed-oriented, kind, conscientious and they prize communicating clearly. Courtney understands the nuances of the realest market and how current trends affect your specific transaction, so you get the best outcome. One specific example is, she didn't have me make any unnecessary repairs when I sold... instead, she skillfully negotiated according to the buyer's needs/tastes. She saved me thousands of dollars and many hours, since I didn't make any changes to my home. Great job! I have used several agents, in purchasing and selling 8 homes. I regret I didn't start working with Courtney sooner, and will not make that mistake again. She has my highest recommendation. I tell everyone about her!
