Collective Real Estate Partners

Kaala is hands down the best real estate professional I've ever had the pleasure to work with. She's passionate about Northwest Arkansas and she knows every neighborhood, development, and street. She will listen to your needs and build you a tailored portfolio of options whether it's a family home, investment opportunity, vacation, commercial... Her attention to detail is impeccable, she's a fierce negotiator and advocate for her clients. She thinks of everything! She brokered an amazing deal for us on a brand new home - with a list of concessions. Most importantly she's brilliant with the whole process, the law, and home inspection - so you feel no risk or exposure as you progress to close. Her staff is amazing and she cultivates a great culture at the agency. She supports the community, she's a pleasure to work with, and I can't say enough about her knowledge and dedication. If you are buying or selling real estate in NWA, you must contact Kaala!

Kaala was my realtor for my purchase and when I sold this year. She knows the area, the industry, and backs it up at each point along the journey. She is patient when I wasn't, and is always responsive. I would highly recommend her services for buying, selling and property management.
