Aileen was awesome to work with! She found us an amazing home at a great price. We are pretty specific with our tastes and Aileen was somehow able to find just what we were looking for. Our entire process was so smooth.

Easy to work with. Understood our need and what we were looking for. We wanted a 3 car garage and 4 bedrooms in a small , quiet area. She let us suggest homes to look at and worked well with the sellers.

Enjoyed our experience with Aileen. Would definitely use her again if the opportunity arises. Sold our house in less than one day and it was not a sellers market. She was efficient, expedient, experienced, pleasant, helpful, etc. Couldn't have asked for anything more. All of this happened in the aftermath of the 2008 real estate fiasco. She was willing to take a cut in the preferred percentage rate that agents requested for the sale of a house. All of this proved that she was flexible in working with customers at that point in time. I feel she is still the same since she has integrity in her job performance.
