Wow! We wouldn't have 42 beautiful acres without Alice... . After months of grueling property research, we had a list of 9 properties ready for Alice to show us at the time we booked our flights and 2 days prior to our arrival to Arkansas, ALL 9 properties were off the market. We were very disappointed, but thank goodness, Alice had a back up plan :-) She had her own list properties that she thought we'd be interested in, and listings that didn't show up on Zillow or Realtor.
