Patty was amazing! She has been indispensable in my time of need and I'm relieved and thankful to have crossed paths with her, and you will be too.

Patty is a real pro. Provides updated market information throughout the process, guidance for staging, and improvement recommendations. She is timely in her responses when you have questions.

When travelling to California to visit family, our daughter and son-in-law convinced us we should move from Clearwaters Countryside neighborhood to the Sierra Nevada foothills to be closer to the family (all our family are now in California, son, daughter, grandchildren). On a whim, we looked at several homes and surprisingly fell in love with one in a beautiful little town and purchased it. It had never been our intention to move that quickly, but we did and now we owned two homes one in Florida and one in California, and the Florida home needed to be sold. We began searching for the right realtor, one familiar with the area, trustworthy, professional, personable, with an excellent sales record. Walking one morning we spoke to a neighbor about our realtor search. They mentioned Patty Dykstra and that Patty clearly met and filled all our requirements. We met with Patty and immediately felt comfortable with her. She really knew our neighbor hood and presented and excellent marketing strategy for our home. Patty went right to work for us, going through disclosures, contacts and legal documents, clearly describing the requirements and answering the questions we had. She set up photographers and an even brought in an expert to suggest changes to make our home even more appealing. She quickly had a prospect who visited the property twice and then made an offer. Patty helped us through process, managed the various inspections and the closing. In all, we could not be happier! Patty is an extraordinary realtor who with her skills lifted burden and worry from our shoulders!

Working with Patty Dykstra was truly a wonderful experience. From the very beginning, she made us feel supported, informed, and confident throughout every step of the process. Her kindness, patience, and genuine care made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and enjoyable. She always took the time to answer our questions, listened to what was important to us, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled with professionalism and attention to detail. It was clear that she truly cared about helping us achieve the best possible outcomeaEUR"not just closing a transaction. I am so grateful for Pattys dedication and expertise, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and compassionate realtor. If you're buying or selling a home, you'll be in excellent hands.

If you want your house sold, hire Patty! We were struggling selling our home. We had a discount agent and well, you get what you pay for. After four months of zero activity, I called Patty. She helped us identify what needed to be done, we took her advice. From listing to closing in three weeks my only regret is waiting so long to call! Patty know Pinellas County and she knows real estate.
