Excellent attention to detail in understanding what we were looking for and helping make sure closing happened once we found it. We first saw some homes with Kathi in Fall of 2019, but decided it wasn't the right time for us and contacted her again this spring. She was patient and non-pushy and willing to go to many neighborhoods with us as we changed our parameters. She was persistent when called for when timing was crucial, but otherwise let us go through our process. he contacts for funding and inspection etc... really made a big difference vs my initial quotes.
