Coldwell Banker West

Catrina is an excellent real estate agent. I have bought and sold with her twice. It's great to work with her. And her team is great too. I think of her as a friend. I give her the highest recommendation without any reservation. She goes above and beyond for her clients. It was a pleasure working with her!

I have purchased a couple of properties with Catrina over the years and she is what makes the difference in getting the offer that gets accepted, and using every angle possible to be as successful as possible in Escrow Catrina is the best and I will continue to use her for all my real estate transactions in the future

Our experience working with Catrina couldn't have been better. She was so helpful and professional and she made a difficult process so much easier. she was also very helpful giving us referrals for related services. I would recommend her services to anyone.

Catrina recently sold my condo. It all went so smoothly. She was available, responsive and an absolute pleasure to work with. She has a great team of people that were available to help with any repairs and to do the staging. I couldn't believe how easy it was with her leading the process. Stop looking. Hire her.

I highly recommend engaging Catrina Russells realtor services. She took a disgusting, trashed condo and transformed it into a beautiful, desirable property. She applied her management skills to completing a total remodel and staging of the unit, solving many complex problems along the way. I appreciated her openness and timely communication working across time zones. Her guidance through the entire process was invaluable, and she appropriately priced the unit so that it could sell efficiently. Besides all that, her fun personality makes her a delight to work with.
