Coldwell Banker Ward Real Estate

Absolutely fantastic! He helped me and my wife get our first house and he was more than willing to help and explain everything throughout the process! We are so glad that Mike was willing to take us on as clients! If we ever buy a house again we will definitely go through him, also we will definitely recommend him to other potential buyers!!

Best agent in the area, sold Two houses for us and helped us buy a condo. Very good personality and knowledgeable of all areas. Honest, high energy, on time, great advise through entire process, even with all the unexpected events that arise.

Mike did a great job in selling my Mother's house. He was knowledgeable in the current pricing for her style of home. He kept me informed on the interest of people that were viewing her house. I was provided with the results of her inspection and when the closing date would occur. The process of listing her house, selling her house and then closing her house went very smoothly.

Mike has done a very good job with selling and looking for available buyers and condos for sale for us. Available and responds with in minutes for all the many unexpected questions that always seem to arise. Knowledgeable with trusted advice to all my questions. Has sold two houses for us in the last year within hours of being listed. Highly recommended with a great personality.

I began working with Mike long distance, as I was moving to Ashland. He was so helpful and contacted me often regarding residences coming on the market. Once I moved to Ashland, he continued to be helpful, knowledgeable and so kind as we considered several properties. I recommend Mike highly.
