We love working with Mary Linda. Shes helped us navigate several real estate transactions. Shes very thorough and has great contacts to help with everything you could possibly need before and after closing. We look forward to working with her again.

Mary Linda is eager and super responsive. She helped us get the house into market ready shape with her ideas and also stayed in touch with other agents to let them know about our listing. She shared her expertise as well as her loving and thoughtful personality. She is personal but also business. I couldnt have asked for a better agent or better person to represent us.

Mary Linda is the best in the business. She is on top of the market and gets things done! So thankful me and my wife used her to sell our first home! Give her a call, you will Not be disappointed!

MaryLinda did a wonderful job, she gives positive advice on what is needed to sell your house. As we leaned years ago when you listen to her she will get your home sold. She is always responsive and takes time to listen to your concerns. You will be part of her family.

Mary Linda is wonderful to work with. She went above and beyond keeping the sales process flowing. I was able to close on the sale of my home in 24 days from the time I listed my home with her. Any issue that came up she was able to assist getting a resolution. If ever purchasing or selling another home I would certainly use Mary Linda Cotten.
