Coldwell Banker Village Green Realty

Aysa is fantastic - diligent, knowledgeable and tenacious! She made the process simple and easy to understand, and I really appreciated her patience and expertise in answering all my questions in a timely manner. She kept everything moving forward with all parties (including myself), and was quick to respond to -- and even challenge, when necessary -- the occasional issue brought forth by my mortgage lender. She also connected me with other quality professionals, like a real estate attorney and an inspector. During the inspection process, we had a situation with a weirdly-placed septic tank, and a slightly obstinate home owner who was not helping us. Aysa actually came to the property to look for the septic cap herself (there was shoveling involved!), and we unearthed it. She saved me the time and cost of having the septic company come out multiple times! I felt like I had a champion fighting for me and handling every step of this home purchase. Thank you, Aysa! Your insight was extremely valuable and I couldnt have done this without you!

Angela was a dream to work with. She and her real estate partner, Allison Morelle, came highly recommended from a friend, and working with them lived up to their recommendation. In addition their expert local knowledge, they helped us (total home-buying newbies) with every step of the process, and they were responsiveaEUR"picking up or calling back quickly and professionally.

Angela Lanuto runs a tight ship and, unlike most realtors that I've dealt with, is super responsive. She listened to our wants and needs and was an active partner to us helping to find us more than we knew that we wanted! I suggest that anyone looking to buy upstate whether for the first time or second or third, she truly makes the process digestible and follows up on all sides to make sure that things continue to progress.

Aysa was such a pleasure to work with when selling my house. She answered all of my questions in a timely manner and her expertise shined through in her recommendations with selling my house. We got way over asking for the house and I was very pleased with how she handled the offer situation. I highly recommend having her as your agent if you are buying or selling. I bought the house I sold with her as well and she took a lot of time to help me on my first home buying journey. 10/10!

Angela (and teammate Allison) were excellent. They were honest, made us feel supported throughout our home buying process and were instrumental in helping us find our amazing home. They answered all of our (many) questions quickly and thoroughly, and they were easygoing and a true pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them!
