I cannot say enough good things about Geddis Shonekan. I was able to find my first home in this volatile market but only because I had him by my side. Geddis suggested a gem of man to help me with my loan. He was able to find the nicest electrician to help me with some work. He knew exactly how much my property would appraise for so I could enter a competitive offer without over paying. I would send him a listing at 10pm at night and he would have a showing scheduled that very next day. He was constantly in contact, answering all my stupid questions and always there to help reassure me when I would feel defeated. I searched for several months, all over the area and Geddis was always available to see multiple homes a weekend. He would also bring his adorable son to some showings, which was obviously the highlight of the day. I also want to note the sellers realtor mentioned just how professional Geddis was and was delightful to work with. If you choose to let them help you find your dream home, you will not be sorry!!
