ZillowVERIFIED I cannot say enough good things about Geddis Shonekan. I was able to find my first home in this volatile market but only because I had him by my side. Geddis suggested a gem of man to help me with my loan. He was able to find the nicest electrician to help me with some work. He knew exactly how much my property would appraise for so I could enter a competitive offer without over paying. I would send him a listing at 10pm at night and he would have a showing scheduled that very next day. He was constantly in contact, answering all my stupid questions and always there to help reassure me when I would feel defeated. I searched for several months, all over the area and Geddis was always available to see multiple homes a weekend. He would also bring his adorable son to some showings, which was obviously the highlight of the day. I also want to note the sellers realtor mentioned just how professional Geddis was and was delightful to work with. If you choose to let them help you find your dream home, you will not be sorry!!

ZillowVERIFIED Patient and knowledgeable. Wasn?t our first homie, but it was our first resale purchase. Geddis explained how each of the steps worked, and a lot of background information we had no idea about. His experience let home discuss the ins and outs better than most. We weren?t easy clients with out wants and needs, especially at a time when everyone wanted and needed the same things. Always easy to contact, made plenty of time for our multiple showing challenges, and always made sure to look for issues we never thought about (especially age and condition of roof). Overall, would work with Geddis again if we move, without a question.

ZillowVERIFIED Geddis went above and beyond all expectations Ive ever had for any realtor. He was in contact with us daily and always made himself available to answer any questions we had about any part of the process. My husband and I built a new construction home, both of us were out of state while it was being built and Geddis went out of his way to take photos, videos, and drone footage of the house after every major phase of construction. We had issues with the builder and the lender, Geddis handled it all for us so there was less stress being put on our shoulders. Geddis was an amazing asset to our home buying process and I will send anyone I know thats looking to buy or sell a house his way!

ZillowVERIFIED Geddis and his brother Goodwin are a GREAT team (The Sho-Bros) to represent you as a buyer and I can only imagine them as a selling agent. Willing to go the extra mile for all of your needs. I like them because they are not your ?cookie cutter? type realtors which is refreshing. Most agents are older and do not think outside of the box like the Sho-Bros. This is our 4th experience using a realtor and am impressed with their follow up and openness to look at any property at any time. If Geddis is busy, Goodwin is there and vice versa. I think they would stand out for military/business moves as well due to their extensive video experience. They could take a professional video of walkthroughs for any relocation moves to help with a long distance purchase. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any transaction a realtor is needed.
