Coldwell Banker Vanguard Realty

Kristina did such an amazing job with helping my Spouse and I find and close on a house. She is so diligent, honest, and hard working. She constantly gave us updates during our closing process, gave us tips on to look for in houses, and was super knowledgeable of the housing market. Kristina was a god send for us in negotiations for the price of our house as well. I will 100% recommend her to everyone I know that is looking to buy or sell a house.

My husband and I were first-time homebuyers, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, Kristina made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. She was incredibly knowledgeable, and always patient with our questions . She took the time to explain every step so we felt confident in our decisions. We're grateful for all her help in finding our home and highly recommend her !!

Kristina made the first time home buying process a breeze. Responsive, and extremely committed to her profession, and clients. Consistently updated me and discussed my options when negotiating with the seller. She also pushed for answers and ways forward with the title company and the bank when issues arose during the closing process. Extremely professional, and passionate about finding the right home and the right deals for you. I'd recommend her to anyone, and will definitely be going back to her if/when I decide to buy again, or sell my current home. Thoroughly satisfied during the entire process. Couldn't ask for a better realtor/agent! Thanks again, Kristina!

Kristina was so nice and professional! She helped us through the whole process. She even got us the steps we wanted from the buyers! We are so happy with our house buying experience and our new place
