Awesome experience working with Aimee and her team! Ive had the pleasure of her utilizing her services since 2009. I would definitely recommend her to those seeking to buy sell or rent.

We consider ourselves extremely fortunate to have been able to work with Angela Stancil from Coldwell Banker. As a young family moving from the midwest, it would have been easy for us to feel out of our element when talking to a realtor about the process, but Angela made the process extremely easy and comfortable. We had a timeline that was still up in the air, but Angela still gave us her full attention, while also giving her candid opinion on the aspects that meant the most for a young family. She voluntarily offered to assist with virtual tours/showings, and anything else that would make the process most effective for someone moving from out of the area. We couldn't be more happy with our new home and the rockstar (Angela!) that helped us find it!

Aimee and her team did a great job for us. So great, in fact, that our home sold before they even put the sign in the yard, to the first buyers to tour the house. We are sure that this was much faster and for a better price than we wouldve achieved with any other realtor. She used her network of contact to actively find potential buyers, as opposed to simply listing the property and passively waiting for buyers. And I'm sure that the counseling that her team gave us on how to prep the house for sale certainly helped. They made sure that everything went smoothly from the time that the purchase contract was signed up through the closing.

Aimee Davidow is The Absolute Best. I cannot say enough about her foundation of experience, knowledge, professionalism, and last but not least the crew of Agents (Team Davidow) around her who emulate those same traits. My wife and I have worked with her and her team on three real estate transactions, and in each of those instances she accomplished the mission in a timely manner. This last house that we sold in July of 2026, from the time she placed it on the market to closing was only 45 days. In today's housing market and economy she was able to stage, put it on the market, and have everything signed sealed and money in our account in 45 days. I cannot say enough about that turn around. Please ask her about her "I Know a Guy" list. I use her list even when I am not buying or selling a home. As I said, The Absolute Best.
