As I began to ponder selling my Santa Fe home, I surfed the Internet to find a knowledgeable source who could tell me about the current market. Thats how I met Yancy Whittaker who called and patiently answered my questions. Realizing Id found an excellent resource, I contacted Yancy six weeks later when I decided to go ahead and put my home on the market.Trusting Yancy, I took his advice and had the landscaping spiffed up and ordered a home inspection. (As the owner, I had the minor issues revealed on the inspection report taken care of once wed gone to contract.) Then there was the most fabulous photography of the home!Four days after the home went on the market, we had three excellent offers! Yancy was there throughout the process. Whenever I needed to be in touch, he was available either by texting or phone. He stepped in at the very end when the movers delayed their arrival and we had to deal with both the final walk thru and the actual closing. He made the process seamless and a pleasure.

Yancy is such a wonderful human being. He has such an outgoing personality, Kept us in the loop every step of the way. Him and hes team have a great communication amongst each other as well as with the title office. Always clarified any doubts we had or questions and if he didnt have an answer right away he always investigated for us. Our communication was beyond outstanding we truly did work as a team to make buying a home possible for my family and I. Buying a home is already so stressful but yancy breaks it down and helps out as much as he can. Never once did we go without communicating wed always either call or text throughout the week to see what was happening or how things were going. He would contact our loan officer to see how things were flowing or to help push when things werent getting down on their end. He wasnt just our realtor but more like a friend who became like family to us. I clearly remember when he mentioned to me the property and we first walked into our now home and it was getting renovated I wasnt too convinced about it and Yancy told me aEURoegive it some time we will come back in 2 weeks and see itaEUR? and sure enough I loved it the job that the R&R program did was wow something else. My family and I then knew that was gonna be our home. Most importantly hes a trust worthy person. He always told me when we were looking at properties where it was a good location to look at and where it wasnt t a good idea too. I believe Gods plans always fall into place because the home we bought met all the qualities we were looking at. If anyone would ask me who they should go with or contact when looking to buy a home Id definitely recommend yancy he made our experience something Ill always cherish and be grateful for.

I had a amazing experience with Yancy Whittaker. I live in Las Vegas, NM and could not find a realtor to show me properties, much less, return my calls. Yancy lives about an hour away in Santa Fe, called me immediately and worked with my schedule. He drove up to show me properties, and listed them in an organized packet for me to make notes..etc. He worked well with the listing agent, lending company, contractor, and appraiser to ensure all bases were covered. and to close my renovation loan on time. His follow through was on point, and I didn't need to track every little task, as he would consistently notify me off deadlines, needed signature, documents, etc..
