Coldwell Banker Townside, Realtors

As first-time home buyers, Susanna was helpful, attentive, and reassuring throughout our home purchase. She took the time to make sure we understood each step of the process, and once we were under contract, she stayed on top of everything and helped the transaction move smoothly to closing. We truly appreciated her guidance and support during such an important milestone for us.

Susanna Lilly was a fantastic partner in our search for a home in the New River Valley area. She is a full time Realtor so she was very responsive, and was always accommodating to our schedule for us to meet with her or tour homes. Moving here from another state, we had a million questions about everything to do with the Blacksburg area and Susanna was incredibly helpful. She is extremely knowledgeable about the Blacksburg/ NRV area, even beyond her impressive expertise as a Realtor. Susanna Lilly helped us find a wonderful home and we are forever grateful!

Susanna understood what we were looking for and had the local expertise to find a perfect match in a great neighborhood. She stayed on task to get our offer in quickly and offered great help with a local lender. She has a pleasant demeanor and is a delight to work with.

Susanna is fantastic! We are brand new to the Blacksburg area, and it was so reassuring to have a realtor who is from here who could guide us to finding a home. Since Susanna is a full time realtor, she could get right back to our questions, and promptly help us through the process. She has a keen eye for details in the properties, knows the whole area as only a long time resident can, and incorporated that into seeing that we found the perfect home. And she is so warm & welcoming! Thank you, Susanna!

Susanna was great to work with. We have now bought/sold multiple properties with her. She handles all aspects of the process with great professionalism. Absolutely no one better in the Blacksburg/Christiansburg area.. maybe anywhere. Thank you Susanna
