Amanda McFarland was absolutely amazing to work with while helping us buy our cabin in Ashton, Idaho. From start to finish, she made the entire process feel so much easier and less overwhelming, especially since we were using a VA loan. She was always quick to respond, patient with all of our questions, and truly went above and beyond to help us every step of the way. We never felt like just another transaction aEUR" she genuinely cared about helping us find the right place and making everything come together smoothly. We are so grateful for Amanda and everything she did for us. If youre buying in the Ashton area, especially as a veteran using a VA loan, I cant recommend her enough.

Amanda did an outstanding job selling my home. She is remarkably adaptable, handling every unique situation with unmatched professionalism and clear communication. She made the entire process stress free from start to finish. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Amanda was helpful in every aspect of our home purchase. She was knowledgeable about inspections and the closing process. I would highly recommend her for anyone trying to buy or sell a house in SE Idaho. P

Amanda was super amazing and easy to work with! She listened to all of our wants and needs and helped us find exactly what we wanted in a home. Not only did she help us find our dream home she helped us weigh out our options and went through all the pros and cons of each property we looked at. Amanda was super professional and experienced. She was very kind and knowledgeable of the area we chose. Were also not like most home buyers we were going through the VA loan process and she explained everything with the most clear explanations and helped us understand the VA home buying process! Shes based out of Idaho falls but also helped us look at homes in Blackfoot and Pocatello. We settled on a beautiful home in Pocatello thanks to her help! We wouldnt have had a better experience if she hadnt of been our realtor!
