Coldwell Banker The Real Estate Group

Taylor was great to work with. She was very responsive and answered all my 1st time home buyer questions plus more anytime I asked. From lining things up at the start with loan pre approval all the way to closing day, she always kept me informed on where we were at with the home buying process, anything that we needed to provide, the next steps, and even following up post closing day. Even with putting an offer in on a Sunday, she was always there ready to help. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an agent whether buying or selling!

Taylor is an excellent resource when buying and/or selling. She is very professional. Taylor will do everything in her controls to make sure the transaction is as smooth as possible for her clients. Taylor has been involved with 4 of my real estate transactions and did a great job with all 4. She has also helped my children with their home purchases. There were some challenges with each transaction but Taylor got the job done. I will recommend Taylor to anyone interested in an excellent realtor with good work ethic and values.

We had such a great experience working with Taylor as our realtor. As first-time homebuyers, she made the entire process smooth, answered all our questions, and always had our best interests in mind. She put in the hoursaEUR"late nights helping us write contracts and last-minute showingsaEUR"so we could finally land our home after 9 months of searching. Were so grateful for everything she did for us and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell!

Taylor was very easy to work with. She is willing and capable of explaining the process. Which was extremely helpful as we are first time home buyers. There was open and regular communication. She kept us updated on new listings. Everything went smoothly. I would choose Taylor as my realtor in the future.
