Coldwell Banker Sweetwater Realty

I liked working with Artha. She always arranged times and homes for us to see in a timely manner. Even if I left her text messages at 6:30am. Yes, I was just too excited to find our family home. Didnt take too long and we were settled into our home. Thanks Artha!!

Artha has helped me buy several houses and she is one of the best negotiators I have dealt with. It was amazing the discounts she negotiated. She helped me through a recent purchase and we ended up with a purchase price that was less than half of the listing price. Last year she found an opportunity for me to buy a house and we ended up buying the foreclosure for much less than I would have offered. Some people have a knack for finding and negotiating good deals. That is Arth

Artha was very helpful in getting my first house. She was knowledgeable about the areas I was looking at, understood what I was looking for and was a pleasure to work with.
