Coldwell Banker Sun Country Realty, Inc.

Great attitude, easy to work with. Advertising was thorough, the house was staged and photographed really well, prospective buyers were greeted with water, chocolates, and a flyer about the house, and the notebook provided at the house about the house was really well done. Since we had been involved in three other home sales, Traci cut to the chase on what to expect, and got the house on the market as soon as it was ready. I had to prompt Traci to give us reports of number of showings, to adjust the price for the quick sale we needed, to give us results of the open house, to notify us of an offer, to notify us of progress on the offer, to follow up on requests we made of the buyers, and to get us a copy of the inspection report.

Mackenzie went above and beyond to get our house sold. The pictures, videos and marketing was wonderful. She was professional every step of the way and made sure we got the best deal possible. In turn, she helped us with all the steps necessary to buy our new place. She was there whenever we needed her to look at whatever place was on our radar. When we finally found the place that was right for us, she made sure we were protected and everything was as it should be. I highly recommend Mackenzie for any of your real estate needs.

Perry provided top-tier marketing and kept us updated constantly. Every phone call and text was answered quickly, and the house sold faster than we expected! Every detail was handled with care. When an issue came up he solved it right away. Highly recommend!!

Perry was a great agent to work with. He came prepared to every house he showed me (which was a lot) and was very patient and thorough. He never made me feel rushed or like I was taking up too much of his time. He was efficient and on top of things at all times, and I would highly recommend him as an agent!

Traci was a pleasure to work with. She was prompt at answering emails and texts, she had showings set up quickly and around our schedule, and she went above and beyond helping us purchase our house.
