Judy was an amazing resource in helping my daughter and I purchase her 1st home. She found us a local loan broker, insurance agent, inspection agents and helped my daughter (a 1st time home buyer) relocate to an area 1000 mi away as seamlessly as if it had been next door. Her attitude is always positive, yet she pointed out the pitfalls (location, needed repairs, additional insurances...) that allowed my daughter to downselect from a list of more than 20 to "the One" quickly enough to catch a unique opportunity to move into a neighborhood we could not have otherwise been able to afford. At closing Judy was there with my daughter & I walking us through everything we signed. Judy has "followed-up" after the sale to look in on my daughter and her FiancA(C) in their new home and just make sure that a young couple, new to the area, got off to a great start. Judy was a Godsend, particularly for nervous parents watching their baby leave the nest for their 1st new home 1000 mi away in sunny St Pete.
