Coldwell Banker

Marc was so incredibly knowledgeable and helped us through every step of getting our house. He was always willing to answer our million questions and explain everything in a way that actually made sense to two people who had no idea how or where to start when finding a house! What really stood out to us was how much he went above and beyond. He worked after hours and even late into the night to help us get this house, and was always so flexible and willing to do whatever he could to make things work. On top of being amazing at what he does, hes just genuinely such a kind person and made the whole process so much less stressful. Were so grateful for everything he did for us and honestly cant recommend him enough.

Marc did an excellent job for us as first time home sellers! He originally found our home that we bought so naturally we reached out to him when we decided to sell our house. Marc has great knowledge of the area and was patient when finding the right buyer. We cant thank Marc enough for all the help!

Working with Brad was like working with a family member. He was incredibly patient and insightful, and he never once made us feel pressured to do anything. When we were with him or communicating with him, Brad made my wife and I feel like we were the only people he was working with. He always made sure to give us his full attention through every step of the process and went well above and beyond the call to action. He was very upfront about the good, the bad, and the ugly and he seemed to know everything there was to know about every neighborhood and area we visited. His attention to detail and responsiveness in addition to his ability to pull a string through all the moving parts of the process, from mortgage to insurance to inspection, etc. was inspiring to say the least and left us feeling completely taken care of from start to finish. To top it all off, Brad continued past closing with providing us with trusted referrals for work needing to be done at our new home, and he continues to stay in touch since. I would refer Brad any day.

Marc is awesome! He is helpful and determined to find the perfect home for you. I loved working with Marc and would recommended him and his team to anyone!

Could not have made a better choice than allowing Marc to handle our sale. Marc paid attention to every detail, was generous with his time and coordinated all facets of our sale to perfection. Our property sold on the first day of the listing! Do not waste your time with any other realty. Thanks Marc!
