Ms. Versace was a pleasure to work with. She was responsive to our many questions and offered her expert advice during our negotiations with the sellers. Ms. Versace eased our jitters throughout the home buying process and was the consummate professional.

Karrie- Ann was awesome for us! Buying a house is challenging but she was always there for us, and we always felt in good hands. We were buying an old house with plenty of issues to discuss and resolve, and Karrie-Ann was a tremendous help through it all. Thanks!!!

We found Karrie-Ann through Zillow and we were beyond happy with her and her services. Karrie-Ann was always honest, straight forward and very supportive. We never felt pressured, nor was there ever a time where we felt she put her needs first. It was like looking for a house with your trusted best friend. She also worked her tail off for us and working in the background to make sure the deal kept moving forward. HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I cannot say enough good things about Karrie Ann Versace! She helped me sell my Mothers townhouse and she went above and beyond what any other Realtor would have done. I highly recommend her if you want to get top dollar for your property -she really knows the market and her knowledge and experience really show- Karrie Ann thanks so much~!!

It was a pleasure working with her. She was always willing to talk to me about any questions I may had. She was always very polite and professional and courteous.
