Michael & Sharon Sheil, you need not look further for real estate agents. Mike & Sheila came highly recommended. We have no regrets, only satisfaction. For over one year, they picked over, reviewed & showed us dozens of properties that we had described we were interested in. They were prompt in arriving at scheduled appointments, direct with their opinion when asked, and knowledgeable with the properties & neighborhoods. Us, not the typical home buyers, as we knew what we wanted and were in no rush to purchase. Despite our many viewings, neither Sharon nor Michael became frustrated with our high demands. In fact, they always assured us that it was OK that we were so picky, and the right home would come along. And it did. Post-purchase, we contracted them with the sale of a property. Again they did not disappoint. We witnessed Michael & Sheila sell our property with the same enthusiasm as they greeted us when showing us homes. In the end, it was a win-win. We used Sharon and Mike to buy and sell in the Southeast/Carmel area. Sharon was well prepared for the first meeting with everything we needed and helped guide us on how to price our home we were selling and what range to look in for the home we were buying. Both her and Mike took the time to explain the market and how things were going right now so we could prepare ourselves. They took more time than most other real estate agents we interviewed. Mike was honest with us about houses and did not try to push us into anything. We were able to trust his opinion and he and Sharon kept themselves available around the clock. When they werent available, they had Josephine to help. We had 13 offers on our house and Sharon took a lot of time to go over each one with pros and cons and never pushed us. We asked a lot of questions and she never got frustrated with us. They really know the market and were such a great source of guidance throughout this process. Mike was constantly following up with the sellers of our new home to make sure they got everything done in a timely manner so there were no hold ups for our closing. In a very hard market on both the buying and selling side, this is who you want in your corner. They are the best.
