Coldwell Banker Service 1st Realty

Al was wonderful! Highly recommend. He was able to make the sometimes stressful process of moving enjoyable, and helped every step along the way. Also very personable and caring!

Al was very helpful to find the available lake home & land to suit our needs and went above & beyond, assisting to negotiate through closure. He even gave us a lake view of the land and area!

Joey was very help in helping to find a home and getting in touch with the right people to get everything from mortgage broker, home inspection, and survey to close on the house. He was also very helpful on helping to contact each person as well and notified me immediately if there was any questions or concerns about any of my house buying process.

Joey was knowledgeable, personable, and professional. He provided excellent information and counsel regarding the sale of our home and was enjoyable to work with. We had an offer within a week of listing the house. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell their home. We couldnt be more pleased with his attention to detail, experience, and insight regarding local home values, property prep for sale, etc. He kept us up to speed on the offer, needed paperwork, and closing details. Great person to deal with!

Cant say enough good things about Joey Ricks. He was professional and not pushy. Took care of overland made the whole process stress free. Have already recommended to others and he sold their houses also. Great guy!
