Coldwell Banker Select Realty

I worked directly with agent Sam Holmes on the purchase of my Tahoe rental property and I could not be happier. Sam has been extremely attentive and responsive throughout the process. He showed us a variety of properties that made sense for us. He was a CHAMPION throughout the negotiation and purchase process. He went above and beyond after the purchase by allowing me to store my property at his house while we waited for the sale to close. I could not possibly be any more satisfied.

Craig's knowledge of the Tahoe market is excellent, and he knows all aspects of selling a home giving what I considered to be excellent advice through the process. As someone who teaches courses on negotiation, I noted that he did make a few missteps on that aspect, but later in our work together our approach became more collaborative with my making suggestions and his using his market knowledge as to how to incorporate those into a strategy. Craig is in high demand and does not always respond promptly to communications (i.e. calls--he may do better with texts which I don't like), but the very competent associates in the Zager Group are better able to respond promptly. Overall, my experience in working with Craig and his group was excellent, and I would utilize his services and those of his group again.

So glad that Zephyr group (Craig, Jackie, Audra) serves Gardnerville. After listing our rental for just 7 days, we received multiple offers, which resulted in us obtaining the full asking price. Need we say more? Stellar negotiation and professionalism at its best!

Craig and his team provide a seamless purchase experience and handled everything for us. Including setting up and meeting all the inspectors and addressing any concerns. Making sure all our deadlines were met. I would recommend them for sure. They were awesome!!

Craig is professional, very knowledgeable, personable and easy to work with. Use him, you will not be sorry. My recent experience was, from initial contact with Craig to close of escrow took less than 15 days.
