Denise was very professional and stuck with us through the whole process, which wasn't easy. My wife and I started looking for homes nearly 9 months ago found one in Virginia city started buying process and at end financing fell through and escrow would not be extended by owners. We were heart broke but Denise kept working for us. we eventually found the perfect place and yet again financing was slow going and with my VA loan, tough conditions were placed on home owner. very responsive even when on vacation. always on time or early for appointments.we had a late closing due to things beyond our control. very helpful through it all. downed computers not so good real estate person on the other side Chris was a great help through it all.

Amazing! And from past buying experience we never make it through the finish line feeling that way about our realtor. But Denise was so easy going but a bulldog when we needed her to be. Refreshing to have a realtor be supportive throughout the ENTIRE purchase of our house (sometimes realtors can get a bit crabby near the end, especially if you ask for extra hurdles to be met). Not Denise, she took everything in stride and remained our support the entire time. HIGHLY recommend, especially navigating the tricky market in Douglas County. Plus my hubby found her on Zillow!
