Coldwell Banker Segerstrom

Ed was incredibly helpful with our purchase. He's knowledgable about the area and the vendors you need to close the deal quickly. I highly recommend him. We couldn't have done this without his help. Thank you Ed!

Ed Rector listed and sold our home. It turned into a complicated Escrow and Ed went above and beyond, handling the issues with professionalism and finesse. His assistant Jamie was an enormous asset to the transaction. We highly recommend Ed as your next realtor.

Ed and Jamie his assistant where Amazing they gave me 110% of quality customer service even though we had a horrible lender who took 118 days to close escrow. I highly recommend ED & Jamie, they where patient and kind and mostly importantly they are great at communicating with the customer and making sure we where supported ??. I couldnt have bought my house without their fantastic customer service. A+ 5 stars ?? ????????Thank you both very much!!

Weve worked with Ed for two transactions over the years and cant recommend him enough. Local knowledge, great communication, knows his stuff. Highly recommended.

Ed was fantastic! He was patient, as this was our first home purchase, and understood what we were looking for. He always responded to our questions and made himself available to show us houses (we lived out of town and made several trips to view many houses at once). Once we found the right house, he was extremely helpful in negotiating with the sellers. We can't say enough about Ed, always cheerful, just a super realtor!
