Alex and Taylor were great to work with. Alex was especially challenged since we were house hunting from out of state. We did several house tours via video phone, but we found the one!

We have used Jack for multiple real estate transactions in the last 20 years. For our most recent sale, Jack listed our house and was able to seamlessly pivot to a lease to own opportunity. He coordinated all the communication with the leasing tenants, coordinated with lawyers to draft the lease to own agreements and managed the home warranty process. While this is a delay in commission for Jack, he never hesitated to move in this direction for us.

Alex helped me buy a house in the Wilmington, NC area. He was easy to get along with, experienced and responsive, without being overbearing! Overall, a great guy to work with.
