Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage

Jessica is the best agent to have on your side. Shes extremely knowledgeable and goes beyond the call of duty, always working for you, returns calls and will get answers for all your questions. I highly recommend her

We have bought and sold way too many houses over the years and still we learned things from Jessica! Her local knowledge and strategy were impressive, her presentation of our house top notch, and she was always quick to respond. We are grateful for her skills and level-headed approach throughout selling our house.

Jessica did a great job as my realtor in the recent sale of my house. She was always responsive to questions and has a wealth of local knowledge as well as knowledge in the real estate industry in general.

Jessica helped us find and ultimately purchase a home in Oriental, NC while we were still living in Arizona. We looked at a number of houses on Zillow and contacted Jessica with questions on those that interested us. When we found the home that we ultimately purchased, Jessica searched out the answers to a hundred questions, followed up with inspections & reports and substituted for us in every way possible. This process was extremely easy to go through, simply because we had Jessica on our side to keep up with the myriad details that came up. We didn't even SEE the house until the day before closing, but knew as much as you can beforehand through questions and extra photos. We would highly recommend Jessica if you have a home to sell or to purchase.

Jessica assisted us in finding and purchasing a home. We eventually found a FSBO that she negotiated with the sellers and handled the entire process down to coordinating with insurance and mortgage provider. Her legal background was very helpful and impressive. Ive worked with alot of realtors and she is tops.
