While we had a specific home to look at when we started the process in earnest, Les coordinated everything so that everything went smoothly from viewing to closing. He was very easy to work with and made sure that we fully understood everything throughout the process. We would recommend working with him in our area as he definitely wants to help people find what they need for their particular situation.

This the second time we have used Les to list a property for us. Most recently, Les listed and sold a home that I inherited from my father. We wanted to make some upgrades to the property prior to listing it and Les assisted us with determining which upgrades would provide us with a return on our investment and which items would not be worth our time or money. Once the property was under contract, Les was very diligent to stay on top of the items that needed to be completed prior to closing to help ensure that the closing occurred as scheduled. Les was always very responsive and willing to work around our schedule. I highly recommend Les.
