Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage

Raquel is the most amazing realtor I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She will not stop until she finds the perfect home for you! I was new to the home buying process and she took the time (multiple times) to go over everything in extreme detail to ensure I was getting everything I wanted. I would not have made it through this process without her and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home. She truly made my dreams a reality and I am forever grateful for her knowledge, compassion, and can do spirit! Thank you Raquel for everything, you have a been a God sent !

Cant say enough positive things about RaquelaEUR" and she knows how much we can talk haha. First time home-buyers together, and she made it so easy and enjoyable. Shes extremely professionalaEUR" communicative, respectful, diligent, honest, accommodating, and personable! She traveled all over Jacksonville, Holly Ridge, Richlands, Bueleauville to find us the perfect place! We looked at everythingaEUR" new constructions, houses, foreclosures, townhousesaEUR| and Raquel always made the time to accommodate our schedules. She kept us informed and helped us navigate the process, explaining everything and answering our questions to ensure we felt comfortable and confident throughout the process. Couldnt ask for better advocacy and advice. When the place we chose didnt end up the way we envisioned after being under contract, she supported us in backing out and remained committed to finding our future home. She even got our pup a closing gift. Raquel is a wonderful person and amazing realtor, we give our highest recommendation.

Raquel was awesome she was always there to answer my question in the evenings even on the weekends , she was the calm to my storm , with buyers requests and lenders requests I was loosing my mind !! It was awesome to have someone who had the experience and patience to handle it all
