Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage

I've already been telling friends to keep Stan Powell's name and phone number available for any consideration in the sale of their home....his professional ways of handling and dealing with any given situation has always been encouraging... and he never gave up on selling my house....

i have experienced at least 8 home sales in my lifetime thus far....this last one in sunset beach, nc, handled by Stan Powell was, to say the least, the best and most professional of all.....he was always available for questions and provide any professional services to aid in the sale....

Stan worked hard and stayed with us; supporting coordination of contractors for house repairs, painting, yard maintenance, locksmith visit, deep-cleanings as well as showings to buyers. We were selling from another state and really depended on Stan for so much. He was our champion for maintaining the focus and priorities that led to the sale.

Stan was awesome. We had started to use another agent and just didn't feel comfortable. We did a little research found Stan and immediately had a connection with him. He got on top of things instantly and helped us to secure the house of our dreams. His communication was great throughout the process, and he was always looking out for us. Let us save you the research time, just call Stan!!! You won't be sorry.

Stan helped guide us through the process and was always pleasant to communicate with. We appreciate the effort put into our transaction.
