Jen Donohue was the relocation specialist assigned to help us with a long distance move from MA. She quickly called us to introduce herself and learn what we were looking for in a home and got to work immediately on helping us in our search. She also devoted several entire days to us during our trips to the area to house hunt and was always responsive to texts and emails- even when we reached out during odd hours, which we never would have expected. Jen arranged showings for us in an order that made logistical sense, and she was great at giving us an agenda ahead of time. She was very helpful in ruling out homes and neighborhoods/ areas she knew would not fulfill our needs and was helpful in guiding us and beyond patient when we were struggling with the final decision. Upon closing on our home and moving in, we had an issue which needed attention, and Jen came through to quickly resolve it without hesitation.
