Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage

I highly recommend Jen Donahue, her knowledge, expertise and helpfulness made buying our home an easy and enjoyable experience, I would definitely use her again.

Jennifer helped me find a house in SC while I was still living in CO. She was responsive, compassionate, and patient with me. Jen made herself available and spent a few afternoons with me virtually touring various homes. I could not have found the home of my dreams without her!

Jen Donohue was the relocation specialist assigned to help us with a long distance move from MA. She quickly called us to introduce herself and learn what we were looking for in a home and got to work immediately on helping us in our search. She also devoted several entire days to us during our trips to the area to house hunt and was always responsive to texts and emails- even when we reached out during odd hours, which we never would have expected. Jen arranged showings for us in an order that made logistical sense, and she was great at giving us an agenda ahead of time. She was very helpful in ruling out homes and neighborhoods/ areas she knew would not fulfill our needs and was helpful in guiding us and beyond patient when we were struggling with the final decision. Upon closing on our home and moving in, we had an issue which needed attention, and Jen came through to quickly resolve it without hesitation. We would highly recommend her to anyone needing a dedicated, kind, caring, professional and trustworthy realtor!

Jen went above and beyond to help us find our new/forever home. She knows the area so well, and being from Pennsylvania we had many questions about South Carolina's mortgage/purchase process. Jen was always available to answer questions, walk us through the steps and advocated for us!! We would never consider anyone else when looking for a realtor!

Jennifer made this such an enjoyable experience. She is very knowledgeable about buying and selling it made it very easy for us so we could enjoy the process without being overwhelmed. She worked so hard for us to get into our dream home. Would recommend her to anybody!
