Coldwell Banker Schmitt Real Estate

Monica listed our property in Marathon and sold it for more than our asking price within 48 hours. She is a delight to work with - completely professional, personable, energetic and supportive. I would recommend her 100%

Monica was the perfect person to handle a nervous seller which I was. She was never overbearing. Always listened and HEARD us. She was always available. She never failed to make her opinions heard even when she knew we may disagree and although we may have occasionally seen things differently, the logical presentations made to us by Monica were undeniably enlightening and ultimately we trusted her at every turn and she was right on all of them. We wanted a realtor we could trust absolutely and this team was that and more There was never any high-pressure or distrust between us and our experience with them could not have been greater. if youre looking for a conscientious, hard-working, honest person, you could not do better.

Everything is easy with Monice. If you want to buy a house I subject you to get in contact with her because shes is a wonderful real estate agent she knows how to help you to get a good deal she always there for you

This is the third property Monica has helped us buy or sell in the Florida Keys. Her expertise in the local real estate market was instrumental in securing a competitive purchase price and terms for our Keys home. Monica was very involved in all aspects of the purchase before, during, and after the sale. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive, and always gives great advice. We highly recommend Monica Barrett for all your real estate needs in the Florida Keys!

Working with Monica was honestly a great experience. She was always professional, easy to reach, and really took the time to explain every step of the process. You can tell she truly cares about her clients. What stood out most was how patient and knowledgeable she was about the area and the market. Anytime something came up, she handled it quickly and kept everything moving smoothly. Id definitely recommend Monica to anyone looking for a realtor in the Florida keys!
