We were relocating back to Ohio from Texas. Adrian helped us every step of the way. Looking in several areas, from the west side to the east side. Since we were in another state, Adrian was always available to go and physically look at the houses for us we liked via FaceTime, taking videos, and lots of texts and phone calls. We finally found the perfect house! Adrain quickly put in our offer, worked great with the selling agent and was always communicating with us about survey, inspection, etc. He even referred us to a great mortgage company for our loan. He has a lot of contacts and is knowledgeable in getting us in touch with a lot of services we needed to purchase the home!
