Coldwell Banker Schmidt Realtors

He was dedicated to find a quick buyer for me and in touch with me all the time . I could not have found a better one than him to help me

Craig has been a very attentive and informative guide through finding and purchasing our forever home. He was also the agent for our daughter's first house purchase so he is very special to our family in navigating real estate. We will continue to recommend him to others.

Craig is wonderful! He met with us to look at our first homes ever, and then ultimately helped us buy our home a year later. He took the time to help us understand what we needed to do, was available for questions anytime, and even helped while on his own vacation when the timeline to put in an offer was short. Highly recommend!

We hired Craig to sell our home and had a great experience! By far the best realtor team we have worked with. They marketed our home beautifully online with a 3-D walkthrough and amazing drone footage. The selling process was completely stress free from start to finish. Craig is very proactive and thorough, we always felt like he had our best interest. He helped us work out anything that came up right away with no issues. Craig was always available and responded right away, which we really appreciated. His brother, Mark, who works with him is great too and was available to get into the home when needed. This team is very knowledgeable, works hard and it shows! We will recommend Craig and his team to anyone we know planning to buy or sell in the future!

Craig is great to work with. He has been my go to on more then one purchase and never fails to impress. He is low pressure but high quality. If you have questions he gets answers. You would be hard pressed to find a realtor better to work with. 5 stars isn't enough !!
