We worked with Debbie and Carly Seiff starting in the fall of 2015 and spring of 2016 to purchase our first home in Redwood City. We were impressed by the professionalism of both of these women, and by how clearly they are respected by other agents in the area. The market for buyers was extremely competitive at the time. On more than one occasion when we made a bid, the seller's agent said they would prefer to work with our agents if we could match another offer. They focus on San Mateo and surrounding communities, and it became evident how beneficial such a focus was in the search process because of their knowledge of how much things can vary street by street. Their contacts also opened up a couple of off-market options, that led to the home we ended up purchasing. We were initially a bit reluctant to work with a team, but were quickly won over. Debbie has an amazing ability to size up a property and helped us stay focused on our goals. Carly handled most of the showings and was always patient and gracious. They worked together with us on offers and helped us to consider different strategies to best position ourselves each time. They also had a great list of contacts with contractors, etc. that we used to line up a number of repairs before moving in. We loved working with both of them and could not recommend them more highly.
