I consider it very lucky for us to have crossed paths with Sara around the time we were looking to buy our first home in San Diego a few months ago. She is very professional, on-time, organized, extremely polite, considerate, patient as she listens carefully to what you desire in a home, has a very sweet personality, and highly respects your opinion as a customer. Her goal is to find you a house that you dream about and NEVER pressures you into buying just anything. She communicates the cons and pros of each house with absolute candor and she holds nothing back. Plus, she has impeccable taste. I knew exactly what I wanted and a bit too opinionated about it, but I could tell she would also be perfect for someone who might have doubts in that area. When it was time to place offers and negotiate with other agents she was super fast and prompt, which is a huge advantage. She always made sure we were 100% protected when going through each and every step of the way (contingency removal, etc.) She made several referrals along the way for different matters that were also very helpful. Overall, I highly recommend Sara and I am sure she has a brilliant career ahead of her.

We had a very complicated situation as we were living abroad and wanted to buy a business in San Diego. Sara did a great job and went above and beyond our expectation. We were located in a different time zone (+9 hours) and had a very tight timeline to find the right business, buy it and close the escrow. Sara helped us to manage everything, she responds very quickly to all our requests even outside the normal operation hours. She helped us to go through the whole process of buying a business and explained every single step and all parts of the contract, as it was completely new experience for us. Even later when escrow was closed, she did follow up with us to be sure everything is on track. She represented us perfectly to the seller and the landlord.I highly recommend Sara if you are looking for a professional agent who does care about you.
