She managed to schedule showings at 9 homes in a single day and was knowledgable about every home. She had printouts for each home and knew all the little details that we would not have thought to ask. Once we found the home we wanted, Sara negotiated with the seller to meet all our desires and needs. Right away Sara was incredibly friendly and took time to sit down with us to determine what would be a good fit for us. We were located in a different time zone (+9 hours) and had a very tight timeline to find the right business, buy it and close the escrow. Sara helped us to manage everything, she responds very quickly to all our requests even outside the normal operation hours. She helped us to go through the whole process of buying a business and explained every single step and all parts of the contract, as it was completely new experience for us. Even later when escrow was closed, she did follow up with us to be sure everything is on track.
