I would highly recommend DeMarcus. I admit my partner and I were skeptical as we had listed the property with another brokerage the previous year without success. DeMarcus worked quickly to determine a fair market value as well as a marketing plan that would guarantee maximum exposure. He hosted multiple open houses on the weekends and even some weekday evenings. He kept in contact on the status of negotiations and even took care of finalizing details after the contract closed (return of internet modems, send packages of mail to my new home, etc). He did all this while negotiating a final offer that closed at asking price (even during these days of reluctant buyers) in less than two weeks!

Working with Michael Kang was a pleasure. He was attentive to what we wanted to do with selling our house. Michael knew what the price of our house should be. He knew how to market our house, & he did a virtual staging of furniture so clients can actually have a visual on what could be done with the house. He also has a great team that we worked with.
