My family and I were planning a move from DC to the Boston suburbs and had no idea where to start. She mailed us a helpful packet with breakdowns of each neighborhood (and her insider's perspective on things), then met with us & helped us see properties when we came up to scope things out. When we found a house we loved, Jen got us a home inspector at the last minute, and then helped us negotiate during the process while we were out of state, which involved a lot of back-and-forth. She is an excellent communicator, answering our questions quickly and keeping us in the loop as things progressed. We were first-time home buyers and had little knowledge of the process, but Jen was so patient answering our questions. She put us in touch with all the right people--and even found us childcare, which was the most stressful unknown of our move. We still go to her for recommendations because she knows everyone in Norwood and the surrounding area! I think it speaks volumes that everyone in town knows and trusts Jen. You will not find a better realtor--Jen is a GEM!
