Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage

I have worked with a number of real estate brokers over the past 30 years and Linda Skolnick stands out as the best by far. She is responsive, intelligent, and her advice has always been spot on. Most importantly, Linda is such a pleasure to work with, and she is not pushy at all. Linda took the time to understand what we were looking for and continuously kept us abreast of the local housing market, ultimately identifying exactly the types of homes we were in the market for. I wholeheartedly recommend Linda (and, she has a great sense of humor, and truly is such a nice person).

We have done both a purchase and sale of our Westport home with Linda and she is simply the best! Linda is the top agent for a reason - she has decades of experience, is a great communicator, strong negotiator, has integrity and most importantly she is such a pleasure to work with! In my experience all of those qualities in a real estate professional are nearly impossible to find. I cannot recommend Linda highly enough!

I can't even find the words to describe how helpful, supportive, kind and hands on Linda was with selling my home. If you are thinking about using Linda, don't think any more just proceed.

Linda was terrific to eo work and not only helped find our house but negotiate and helped on closing all the small details that I could have easily overlooked.

Linda was phenomenal to work with in every way! She leveraged her network to get my house market-ready and listed within just two days. During the closing process, she connected me with the right professionals to smooth out any bumps and stayed communicative through all the ups and downs. If youre looking for an agent, I highly recommend Linda!
