Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage

There were many buyers interested in the same house. Denise helped us to make a strong and attractive offer without overpaying. Denise was a great help to us during all steps of the process, especially the inspection phase. Due to the age of the home, we requested to have a separate electrical inspection by our licensed electrician after the overall inspection. This uncommon request was honored, I believe due to her excellent working relationship with the selling agent.

Denny Kevil was integral to our Sparta home purchase. Bringing her local know-how and decades-long relationships to the table, Denny not only found us this property, which checked all of our "musts" boxes, but she also successfully secured us a competitive purchase price and was key to a quick and easy closing. Professional and responsive 24/7, Denny is hands-down the best broker in Sparta.

Denise helped us find the PERFECT tenant almost immediately. The process was smooth and I couldn't be happier. She is local to Lake Mohawk and knows the area-- and the people-- extremly well.

Denise was outstanding in representing us for the sale of our home. She went beyond the call of duty. Her negotiation skills helped us to achieve the best outcome. I would highly recommend that you let Denise represent you if you need to sell or buy a home.

Denny was a true partner throughout the entire process. She showed our home beautifully and advised us every step of the way. She is not only knowledgeable but delightful in her manner and very patient. Highly recommend Denny for any home buyer/seller.
