Denny is the rare agent that takes the time and interest to fully understand the needs of her clients. I have been involved in a number of both residential and commercial sales, and this is the first time I offer an unconditional referral. Dennys in depth market knowledge, networks, extensive sales and marketing resources, combined with her responsiveness, high energy and hardworking demeanor fosters a relationship that is effective and efficient.Many consistently top performing, seasoned, high profile agents seem mostly interested in their or obtaining the listing. Denny works equally hard regardless of who holds the listing. Admittedly, I was initially concerned as this transaction involved a commercial property and while Dennys experience included some commercial dealings, the bulk of her sales were with residential properties. However, I previously listed with a top commercial firm without success. Likewise, a friend of mine in the same area utilized several firms to market her property, to no avail.
