Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage

I wish I could give Vera even higher reviews that 5 stars. She was amazingly responsive as an agent. Vera helped us navigate a difficult purchase from another state and never did we lose confidence that she would help us through the entire process. She came through in every aspect even after the sale was final. We will DEFINITELY be referring her to anyone looking to purchase in her area.

Andrea was so easy to work with. She wanted what was best for us and we really appreciated that. I cannot imagine using a different realtor in the future. She went above and beyond what was expected. I highly recommend her. We love our new house and we couldnt have done it without her. If anyone is shopping for a realtor, she is the one you need to call. Very knowledgeable, honest, and responsive. Our inspector found an electrical problem and she went above and beyond to make sure it was taken care of before settlement. And above all of that I made new friend!

Sarah did a great job assisting us During the whole process of Home buying. She made it very easy for closing. We are looking forward to using Sarah again in the future..

Ryan was great to work with! We got connected with him through Zillow, and he made buying our beach house as low-stress as possible. Hes super knowledgeable and always got us an answer quickly if it was something he couldnt answer immediately. We would recommend Ryan to anyone looking to buy a house on the Eastern Shore!

Sherry did an outstanding job facilitating the purchase of our new home in Delaware. We couldnt be happier with the results and Sherry was a breeze to work with. I recommend her to anyone looking for a home on the eastern shore.
