Carol and her team are top notch and highly recommended if you are looking to get the best value for your home and sell it quickly. My wife and I first met Carol back in 2013 when we bought our first home. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help us find our dream home. Because of how she handled herself and her professionalism, when it came time to sell our house this past year, Carol was an obvious choice for us. On the day we met to talk about pricing and listing the home, Carol came with multiple COMPS in the area, she did a thorough walk-thru with us and even recommended listing the house for a higher price then we originally thought. Within two days of the home hitting the market we had a full-price offer. Due to other circumstances with the house we were buying we ended up taking a few months to close (no fault of hers or her team). During the time frame that it took for us to close, Carol and her skilled team of professionals made sure we were taken care of and understood the process as it unfolded. She aided us with negotiations after the inspection and gave us quality recommendations saving us both time and money. There is no doubt that when we are ready to sell our current home that we will be sure to look Carol up and give her an opportunity to sell our home for us once again. We can not thank her enough or say enough great things about our experience.

I would absolutely not recommend Carol Jernigan. I was buying my first home and truly looking for somebody to be involved. She simply dumped every available house within my criteria into a search. I then had to sift through over 250 homes and give her ones I wanted to see. She added zero homes to this list or offered any suggestions about the area. Upon seeing homes she had difficulty getting inside and a lack of knowledge on what to look for in terms of quality. I was under a time constraint to find a place. When I told her I had the entire day to look she only allowed me 3 hours of her time. When she had personal plans over the weekend, I got the opportunity to work with her daughter-in-law. Despite showing up almost 45 minutes late she was much better than Carol with knowledge about the homes and area. She was great making last minute appoinments happen. The home bought, I found on my own was actually never in their database but listed on Zillow. When I was ready to put in an offer on the home Carol suggested I go in over asking price! What was most astonishing, she never went to see the home I was putting in an offer on! I still decided to come in at 7K less than asking, and got the house. The only she met my expectations on was the physical contract knowledge and explaining what was being signed. I would NOT recommend Carol personal skills, negotiation skills, or knowledge of the homes/area. Finally a small note, but you will receive nothing upon moving in. Don't expect any sort of realtor appreciation gift.
