When my husband and I decided to sell our home, we thought we really did our homework and were prepared for the process of selling. We were totally wrong. The journey was a lot more difficult than we anticipated. Our home didnt sell for the price we wanted and our agent was telling us that our home was worth less than what we wanted. Then we started to interview other agents to see if this is true and everyone were telling us similar story. Then at the very last minute, we met Annika and Marta. They were telling us that they can sell our home for a lot more than what the other agents were telling us and we were very skeptic, but decided to go with them mostly because they had the records to show it. Annika and Marta got us a price that my prior agent thought was impossible. I can hardly put into words how AMAZING Annika and her team are to work with! Annika sold my house exceptionally well during the transition period from a sellers market to a buyers market. I am convinced that because of Annikas top-notch marketing experience, her systems & processes, her negotiating skills & tactics along with her overall intuition, that she was able to sell my house for $39,000 ABOVE what I was willing to take. She also managed to close my house $185,000 higher than a hideous, yet truly a model match up the street, that closed 15 days into our escrow. I was really nervous about that! Annika kept me calm and made me feel safe throughout the entire process from list to close. She has excellent communication skills and is very human!
