Simply put, Benny was OUTSTANDING in every regard and at the end of the day, my wife and I have made a new friend! Our rental home was coming up at the end of its current lease period and my wife and I made the decision to sell our property. Benny previewed our home and made some insightful home improvement recommendations for the market for us consider prior to listing our home. He has a tremendous arsenal of professional talent (carpenters, electricians, landscapers, etc.) at his disposal who were able to accomplish these improvements to our home prior to listing and showing it. His "For Sale Coming Soon" attracted quite a list of prospective clients. We had an offer on our home within 24 hours of putting it on the market above our asking price. Because of the hard work Benny invested up front, we had a stress free sale and a quick closing on our property.In addition my wife and I wanted to take the proceeds from this rental home and put towards the purchase our retirement home.
