We had a wonderful time working with Mary Anne and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone else. We were first time buyers shopping in an area we were not very familiar with. Mary Anne made the entire process easy and as non-stressful as possible. She was able to help us learn a great deal about Metro West as we searched, as well as helped us figure out the things we really cared about. She was great emotional support when we'd put an offer in and not get it, and it felt like such a great shared victory when we found the house we loved best of all! We truly enjoyed our time looking at properties with her, and she was great with our 2 year old who came along. Once we had an offer accepted, she was extremely communicative so that we always knew what was going on. Not only did we find a house we absolutely love, but she negotiated for the couple minor things we wanted repaired first. We always felt like we could trust her to represent our interests and to discuss options honestly and frankly with us about the houses we looked at, especially since she learned to predict the things we liked or disliked so quickly. She's definitely the pro you want in your corner as you're navigating house buying, and never made us feel like we were a small job. Also I really do feel like she basically knows everyone; every single recommendation for others she's given us has been fantastic. Definitely give Mary Anne a call!

The home selection process can be inherently stressful, especially when relocating for the second time within a two year period. Mary Anne expertly helped us manage through our expectations, being that we transferred from Orange County CA (beach life), to New Jersey and now Massachusetts (during the winter). Those who work with indecisive clients certainly are familiar with the term, "all-over-the-place." And we certainly fit that description perfectly. Mary Anne enthusiastically and patiently walked us through almost every town in the Metro West area. From Southboro, to North Attleboro, Natick, Hopkington and Franklin at times even on the same day! All this with 2 kids ages 5 and 7. She did her due diligence, was willing to entertain any home, in any area and price range, provided she was giving us the opportunity to ensure we were making the right choice. Not only was shopping during a snowy winter an experience, but Mary Anne made it fun! She made us laugh, had our kids fully engaged, where they were excited to see her every time! She became a trusted partner and family member within a 2 month period. In the end, we purchased the home of our dreams in the beautiful City known as the Town of Franklin. Beautiful homes, excellent school system, and we are forever grateful. Side note: because of her patience, she allowed us to realize on our own, what the best home, price and value would be to fit our needs. Out of the 50+ homes we walked, we purchased the largest and most beautiful within our choices. We closed on our home 2/02/18 and today we text back and forth like old friends! Her service is impeccable!
