Keep in mind, we were the most expensive house in the neighborhood next to a neglected property next door - but somehow she made it happen! She walked us through different things that should be included in our sale and items that should not be included in our offer on our new home. Additionally, she helped us with our negotiations to save us on the home we were purchasing - so we were able to get it at a price we could manage. Debbie is a hardworking agent - listen to her advice as it will only help you!!!

She was very diligent in keeping her eyes open for new listings, but the best part was her honesty in helping us evaluate properties to see if they met our needs and budget. In the end we wound up not purchasing a property, but that was not Debbie's fault - the market was skyrocketing and making the return on investment not as appealing for us. That said, Debbie will be the first person I call when I have any real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Debbie helped me buy my dream house and sell my house in 2015. On the house I bought, there were atleast 5 other offers, so it was a very competitive situation. She helped me through the process and most importantly got us the house! In the crazy Real Estate market, most people have probably lost a house to other offers which is heart breaking. Debbie made sure that didn't happen and I couldn't thank her enough. She then sold our old house in one day for $23,000 over the asking price in December. We did have a couple Realtors comment on us selling it in December as if it was a bad time to do that, but again, Debbie got it done. That was helpful for us having the money from the closing for our new home. Debbie is honest, ethical, hard working and easy to deal with. She is well respected in the local real estate community and I would recommend using her for a new purchase or sale or your home.
